Prince Fíli is a main character in The Hobbit, appearing in all films. Fíli is the firstborn son and child of Dís, nephew of Thorin Oakenshield and Frerin, the grandson of Thráin, close friend of Bilbo Baggins, and great-grandson of Thrór. He was portrayed by Dean O'Gorman in the films.
